Job Opening: Graphic Designer
Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion and e-commerce? Noa & Mea Minnesota is looking for a designer who can translate our brand story into clean, engaging visuals across our online store and marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly assets for our website, including banners and product visuals
- Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Ensure all visuals align with our brand identity and storytelling
- Collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute creative concepts
- Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in fashion or e-commerce
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent eye for typography, colour, and layout
- Detail-oriented with an organized approach to design work
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Clear communicator who is open to feedback and collaboration
- A portfolio showcasing recent and relevant work

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personal styling and fit advice
- Help customers find outfits that suit their lifestyle and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Support daily operations, including restocking and cashier duties
- Respond to customer questions in-store, by phone, and online with care and professionalism
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Genuine interest in women’s fashion and styling
- Comfortable giving honest, personalized advice
- Flexible availability, including weekends and busy periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
